for this year's 5th Annual Scream Tour have been finalized with the
yearly trek is scheduled to kick off its 17-city circuit November 22.
This year offers co-headliners Omarion and Ne-Yo and is being billed as the “Ruff & Ready, Young & Sexy” tour. Joining Omarion and Ne-Yo are teen heartthrobs Pretty Ricky, One Chance, Mario, Jibbs, Young Joc, and Sammie.
