Difficulty rating = Intermediate By - Murray Felsen [1] Start in a hand stand. Don't worry about balance, you won't stay there.[2] Kick your legs and push off with your arms at the same time sending your feet on a mission. The goal is to spend as much time in the air before your feet touch the ground. [3] When your feet touch, bounce immediately off your toes sending your upper body back towards the ground. [4] When your hands touch, repeat from step two and get a fly bounce going.
