Rubberbands
Difficulty rating = Intermediate By - Mr T.
[1] Start on your upper back with your hands on the floor behind you (or above you) and your knees in your chest. [2] Kick up and lean forward so you land on your feet but don't stand all the way up. [3] Lean back down and land your hands on the floor again and lift your knees back into your chest. [4] Repeat steps 2 and 3.
