AppleJacks have about 4 different variations.

Two-Handed 1-Foot AppleJax:

1. You start in a crouching position, on your toes hands about 3 inches off the ground.
2. Then you kick back as hard as you can with your (left or right foot) and simultaneously put
your fingertips on the floor beside your hips. You want to try to hit the top of your thighs against your chest.
3. As you kick
your feet back down (as hard as you can), bring your chest forward and land back like you started in step 1.

Two-Handed 2-Foot AppleJax (Similar to V-Kick):
1. Start in the crouch position.
2. Jump a little bit, kick back with both feet and simultaneously put
your fingertips on the floor. Go back as much as can, your hands will catch you.
3. Right after the top of
your thighs hit your chest, kick forward and lean your chest forward so you're back to step 1.

One-Handed 1-foot AppleJax:
1. Start in a crouch.
2. Kick back with your left or right leg and use only
your left or right hand (the same one you kicked with) to put on the floor.
3. As you kick forward, use the hand that's not on the ground and swing it forward to help you back onto
your feet.

One-Handed 2-Foot AppleJax:
1. Start in a crouch.
2. Jump back a little and kick with both feet and try to hit them against
your chest. You have to lean on the side of whatever arm your using. Example:If you use your
right arm, lean to
your right.
3. As you kick
your feet back forward, push forward with your arms to help you back up into a crouching position.
