Giving fans the steaming ish he built his rep on eight solo discs ago, the Long Beach native low rides through speakers with stank tracks like "That's That S***" featuring Kelly, and "I Wanna F*** You" featuring Akon.

From funk to gangbanging to reflective introspection (the dramatic “Imagine” featuring D'Angelo and Dr. Dre), to spirituality (the set's brilliant closer “Conversations” featuring Wonder), the D-O double G runs a wild, somewhat lengthy gamut that could have done without a few of its 21 tracks (read "A Bitch I Knew"). Nevertheless, Tha Blue Carpet Treatment rolls out vintage Snoop with a little bit of radio freshness... just the right formula for a hit disc.
