Begin in a crouch position with face facing down.
1. Lean forward on both hands, palms flat.
2. Push off by leaning to the left while swinging left leg clockwise. Keep legs together.
3. Swing legs under right hand.
4. Lean to right while bring legs underneath left hand. That's one circle.
Repeat and build momentum. Remember to keep legs together as if it was one big leg. It'll hurt your wrists the first few times, so make sure you're good at moves that help strengthen the wrists. Circles are basically flares with the legs closed, so you might want to master this before flares, although some people find it easier to keep legs apart and learn flares first.
Practice makes perfect!
