Ne-Yo scores his second No. 1 album with the debut of Because Of You. The sophomore set rules the Billboard 200 and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts and features the addictive lead title track.

Ne-Yo's debut set, In My Own Words, rockets up the charts 58-36, re-entering the Top 50 in its 62nd week on the tally. Also making a re-entry into the
Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums tally is the soundtrack Dreamgirls: Deluxe Edition at No. 39.

Ne-Yo is doing well on the singles charts with that same track which climbs 5-2 and ranks as the chart's fastest growing digital track. The song is also expected to take over the No. 1 space on next week's Hot 100.

Meanwhile on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, R. Kelly and Usher team up for "Same Girl" which, according to Billboard, is the chart's best debut since 2004. The song appears on R. Kelly's upcoming Double Up and debuts at No. 16.

"Buy U A Drank (Shawty Snappin')" from T-Pain featuring Yung Joc remains at the No. 1 spot on the chart and also earns the title of being this week's greatest airplay gainer.

New songs this week include Freak Nasty's "Do It Just Like a Rockstar" featuring Crazy Mike at No. 77 and Down AKA Kilo's "Lean Like a Cholo" at No. 93.
