P. Diddy has joined with "Training Day" director, Antoine Fuqua, and mother of Notorious B.I.G., Voletta Wallace, to make a movie about the fallen rap legend's life.
Tentatively titled "Unbelievable: The Life, Death and Afterlife of the Notorious B.I.G.," the tell-all biography will be penned by Cheo Hodari Coker and is slated to begin production by February 2006.
An actor to portray Biggie has yet to be cast, although a few names are being bandied about.
"It's going to be challenging to cast a B.I.G.," states Biggie's manager Wayne Barrow. "We've thrown a few names around, like Big O [actor Waverly W. Alford II] from 8 Mile. Maybe Anthony Anderson...because he has the humor. A few people said Guerilla Black, but we don't know how that's going to play out."
Roles for the real-life characters Lil' Kim, Faith Evans, and Junior M.A.F.I.A. cohorts are also yet to be cast.
