On this week's R&B/Hip-Hop charts, Heather Headley invites us into her "mind," the Temptations take time to reflect, and Jamie Foxx
gets the boot from Barry Manilow.

This week sees Tony award-winning singer Heather Headley debut In My Mind at No. 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-hop Albums chart. The follow-up to the "Aida" star's studio debut, 2002's
This Is Who I Am, features prduction from Babyface, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis (they also worked on her first album) and Warren Campbell, on a gospel song.

Also debuting this week is the legendary Motown group, the Temptations, at No. 14. Their latest effort, Reflections, also counts as the highest-charting Billboard 200 Temptations album since 2000's Ear-Resistible. The soul outfit first came on the scene in May of 1964 and have since gone through a number of membership transformations.

And while the Notorious B.I.G. stays solid in his seventh week at the Rap Albums chart's No. 1 position, Jamie Foxx wasn't able to hold down the top spot on the Billboard 200, accepting defeat at the virtuoso hands of veteran singer/composer Barry Manilow and his set which sees him covering 50s tunes.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rank as this week's official pacesetter with their Greatest Hits shooting 55-43. The set, recently screwed and chopped by Houston's current Screw king, Michael Swishahouse, has been on the charts for well over a year, 64 weeks to be exact.

For a third week in a row, Beyoncé has the most popular song in the country with "Check on It" featuring another Houston powerhouse, Slim Thug. The track tops both the Hot 100 and Pop 100 for an equal amount of weeks and remains No. 2 on the Hot Digital Songs.

Despite her popularity, however, the former Destiny's child can't compete with the Queen of hip-hop soul. Ms. Mary J. Blige continues to keep the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart on serious lock with "Be Without You" remaining at No. 1 for its seventh straight week while it counts as the Hot 100's greatest airplay gainer.

Jamaica's reggae/hip-hop don, Sean Paul, keeps it blazing with his latest track off the Trinity album. "Temperature" continues to rise (32-21) and earns the title of greatest airplay gainer this week, causing ladies on both sides of the Atlantic to bumrush the dancehall.

New stuff this week includes Headley's title track at No. 94 and D4L's "Betcha Can't Do It Like Me" at No. 99.
